I've build a system with those specs included, it runs like a beast! What's 'affordable' to you though, do you have an overall budget in mind?

With that CPU & GPU combo it's not worth skimping too much on any one component. Are you planning to overclock, if not you can half the motherboard cost by looking at a B350 chipset model and opt for a cheaper cooler. If you do want to overclock though I wouldn't go for a single fan AIO cooler as suggested above. Also is RBG lighting something you care about?
