Hello guys,i need your help. Im choosing new gpu,but as you know, its really difficult because of the mining craze. So,my current gtx 660 started to struggling on newer games,so i had to play on 720p low, which is not enough for me. I would like to play at high settings - 1080p. Even,if i have to play at medium,i dont care - if i achieve 60fps at 1080p. I will play only at 1080p,not higher.

My budget is around 300€. The choices are - Gtx 1060 3gb for 250€. Or used 970 for 220€ or used gtx 1060 6gb for around 280€. The RX cards are all sold out in my region. New 1060 6gb are 310€+. Yesterday,i was about to buy the 1060 3gb,but then...i dont know,if 3GB is enough. I dont want to buy used cards, because they could be mined 24/7 or a lot of them is without the warranty.

So its really hard to buy Gpu in this time. I wanted to buy RX 580 8gb,which was about 280€ back then...but now, unfortunately its not an option. Or should i wait to end of this mining thing? But Im tired of waiting...

The other thing is,i have the fx 6300 cpu and i know,there will be a bottleneck,but i dont care,if i can play at 1080p60.

My system
CPU: Fx 6300 4ghz
Gpu: gtx 660 2gb
ram: 2x4gb ddr3 1600mhz
psu: corsair vs550w

I would really appreciate any suggestions guys, becuase i really dont know, what to do.

Thanks in advance.

I would try to get a GTX 1060 6gb, I think it is the best bet. If you are not able to get the 6gb, then the 3gb 1060 would be my second choice. That is a distant second choice. You are correct that whatever you decide on there will be a big bottleneck with your FX 6300, once you get your video card you might want to start thinking about a new build. Good luck.
