I have just built a new computer. Here is the full parts list.

Ryzen OC'd to 4.1Ghz also
I was checking out some benchmarks from Tomshardware and among other places for their Fps with a 1080ti and somewhat similar equipment and their fps is WAY higher than mine. I'll use GTA V as an example but from multiple different places and Toms itself they are getting around 110fps Maxed settings at 1440p. Now I am only playing 1080p at an average of 70fps so I'm a little confused.
The PCI pins are seated correctly. The card is fully clicked into the mobo. My PSU seems to be fine. I have tried reinstalling graphic drivers just to be sure but to no avail. Google wasn't much help either so just wondering what anyone else with more expertise can suggest. I did also try the GPU in another PC but still the issue. But this computer had a 3930k at 4Ghz instead of the 1800x.
Cinebench also giving a lower number of 85.18 average fps.
Thanks!
