When I am watching video sometimes the temperature reaches 62 ° C and throws me a black screen (audio crashes)
Is it a very high temperature?
It is usually between 45-50 ° C

Solution
I would suggest monitoring temps of the CPU/Motherboard. HWMonitor should do it just fine, although I believe AMD Overdrive is the best for monitoring AMD chips "thermal margin" (works backwards, it's not "how hot", it's essentially "degrees to 0/problem").

You restated that it's "crashing" and, reading between the lines (ie you have to manually turn it off), I assume it's just not responding.

That could well be indicative of something overheating, but the likelihood of it being the GPU, given those temps, are unlikely.

What CPU cooler are you using?

62'C is not a "very high" temp, but it all depends on how stressed the card is. If it's barely utilized (<40% utilization), then 62'C would definitely be a bit on the high side - but that shouldn't be crashing at those temps, regardless of how stressed the card may be.

What are you full system spec? Is the system crashing to desktop? Or actually shutting down?

If just to desktop, or system lockups (ie there's still a display), try fully uninstalling all display drivers (ideally use DDU in safe mode), rebooting and reinstalling the latest: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

If it's shutting down, then you're potentially overheating (maybe not the GPU), or have some other hardware or software issue. Posting your full specs would give us a good idea on the hardware....

The system is crashing.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and I still have the same problem.
Every time this happens I must manually turn off the PC and disconnect and reconnect the monitor, otherwise the motherboard will send me sound errors and not display screen

Since I bought it, I had that problem, even though it had reached 65 ° C before it crashed. And when I'm playing (Dota 2) it's between 60-65 ° C but it does not crash

Have you overclocked the CPU?: No
Are you monitoring temps of the CPU/Motherboard?: No
