Solution
After you are done with reinstalling the driver, just restart the computer and check if the sound is working fine.
Only if its not working after the above reinstalling process, do the below:
Uninstall it again, remove the speaker connection from you PC. Plug back the speaker and then restart your computer and use the default windows 10 driver(it will detect automatically). I have heard the similar problem before and using the windows default driver helped.

Uninstall the current audio driver and download Realtek high definition audio driver ver:8004 from the below link and Install and perform realtek sound test.
