I'm looking to buy an acer predator desktop and have come across two options, the only difference being an i7 7700 vs i7 6700 cpu for a $300 price difference. I'll be using this computer for adobe after effect, premier, photoshop, ect. as well as some gaming. Will I see a significant difference in render times on the i7 7700 vs i7 6700? and is there any other reason why it would be worth shelling out an extra $300?
(Also I have considered building my own pc, but these deals I've found make the price very similar to building my own, would save me a lot of time, and give me a bit of a warranty.)

i7 6700 $970: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Acer-Desktop-PC-Predator-AG3-710-UC11-Intel-Core-i7-6th-Gen-6700-3-40-GHz-32-G-/292025609316?hash=item43fe152c64:g:HVcAAOSwqVBZZM6v

i7 7700 $1,300 (worth noting they have this in my local costco at the same price, but I can't find it on costco's website).: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Acer-Desktop-Computer-Predator-G3-710-UC11-Intel-Core-i7-7th-Gen-7700-3-60-GHz-/302372759729?hash=item4666d228b1:g:vGsAAOSwPK1ZW5QI

Thanks for the help in advance!

System Specs:

Solution
Agreed, both of those CPUs are the same socket, same architecture. The 7700 has a slightly higher clock speed and is slightly more efficient. Definitely not worth $300
