Hi,
I have an old motherboard (ASUS P6T SE) which only has PCIe 2.0 slots. I want to buy a NVMe SSD (Samsung PRO) to support my virtual machines load. I don't need it for boot or any other stuff, just as storage to run virtualization.
As it say in the title, will my PCIe 2.0 x16 support it? If so, how much of the performance will be impacted?
Thanks,
Adrian
