My Fan is loud and makes a weird noise

Here is a video of it, because I have no idea how to explain it.
I opened my computer and tested it. It seems slower or something then the other fans.
Its the top fan. Should i just get a replacement or something? My Computer temp is fine and everything works still. So I have no idea. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETQavkK61X4

I am pretty confident that its the top fan, it doesn't seem as fast as the other ones and when i Put my finger on in, (in the middle of course to stop the fan) all noise stopped and sounded quietly normal.

Unplug 1 fan, start the computer and see if the noise is still there. If not, plug it back in and turn of the computer for a minute. Repeat the process with every fan.

Well it is the fan. So probably just going to get a new one.

Awesome! Just make sure it's compatible. Maybe put some oil on it and see if that fixes it.
