My M5A99FX with FX 9590 won't post after small BIOS changes.

After experiencing some freezing issues on high load with my new build, I disabled AMD Turbo Core in BIOS, set Ai Overclock Tuner to D.O.C.P. set the DRAM O.C. Profile from 1600MHz to 1866MHz. I also undervolted the CPU by 50 mV. Having made these adjustments, I clicked Save and Reset, but instead of restarting it went to a blank screen.

I haven't been able to get the PC to post after this incident. The fans and lights still power on, but I get no display signal nor keyboard and mouse power.

I have tried clearing CMOS and reseating all PSU cables, all to no avail. It seems odd that such an adjustment in BIOS would cause CPU or Mobo to die. I updated BIOS a few days ago, but I don't know if I should try to undo the update.

Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS M5A99FX PRO Rev. 2
CPU: AMD FX 9590
PSU: Cooler Master V1000
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 1866MHz 2x8 GB
GPU: MSI GTX 970
CPU cooler: Corsair H100i (AIO)
SSD: Samsung

Also worth noting:
I believe that the original freezing and crashing issues were not caused by the CPU, but the PSU instead. Running the GPU on a seperate PSU while on high load (OCCT PSU Test) seemed to circumvent the problem. I just did the BIOS changes to rule the CPU out.

Any help will be much appreciated, as I am at my wits end!

Solution
I figured it out guys. The mobo seems to be incompatible with 2x8GB RAM at 1866 MHz. Using the MEMOK! button to search for compatible DRAM settings made the PC POST and boot again.

I hope this will help someone in a similar situation.
