Hi, I have and Hp dc7900 CMT and here on the motherboard i can see two PCIe slots for the graphics card 1st his color is black and the 2st his color is white so the question is whats the deferent between the black one and the white one also the black one is x16 2.0 so the white also is x16 2.0?

OK, but you didn't verify that the link I sent was your PC. If it is, the black slot will limit you to a single-slot width card. I don't think one is sold yet; at least not in the US. If you use the 2nd (white) slot, any GTX 1050 Ti should work. But your performance my suffer a bit since the PCIe x16 slot is only x4 lanes wide. Still... PCIe 2.0 @ 4 lanes may just be enough to keep up with the 1050 Ti bandwidth. I haven't tested that.

Unless you have something added that is in the way, either slot should accommodate a low-profile gfx card. The black slot will be limited to a single slot card, but the white slot would support most double wide slot cards. But I need a little more information. The Hp dc7900 cmt is the designation given to the mini tower. Just to make sure, is this your PC?

And do you have the 365W PSU or the 240W PSU?
