I just got a new motherboard and CPU along with new ram. The computer starts up fine but the monitors wont turn on. I have an hdmi monitor and another one where you screw it in type of deal. Now everything worked fine before without the new stuff in. The video card is fully in as there's a little snap on system implemented into the motherboard to notify me I have it in all the way. I have tried taking out the ram and all that but it makes the same startup noise it always has with the old stuff as well so I don't think that's the issue. The weird thing is if I take the dvi cable I think its called out of the video card, the monitor comes out of sleep mode and turns blue meaning that its on but it then sais no cable connected, I plug it back in and it stays blue for about 4-5 seconds and than sais no signal. Any advice would be helpful please and thank you.
Update: I believe it may just be the gpu not working properly it tie seated and no connectors are showing and the power source is plugged but the fan wont turn on. Now it worked on my other motherboard perfectly fine and Idk what it could be honestly.

The mobo is a gigabyte-ab350 gaming 3 and the CPU is a AMD ryzen 5 1600 with wraith spire cooler
Also just want to mention I placed my old mobo in and the graphics card still works fine on there
