I'm working on a new build (first build), and I'm a tad confused. I seeming put everything where I would think it goes, and what I believe it shows in the manuals and from what I've seen in the videos I've watched, though I know every build is different. But my problem is that most of the things light up EXCEPT for the cpu cooler does not light up, well it does when I first turn it on and it makes a water noise and then shuts right off, but everything else stays on. Also when I turn it on nothing pops up on the screen, even though the GPU's light turns on. Also just tell me if I'm not being specific enough.
