Psu with gpu issues

I have psu miracle dl 650 watt with 24 pin I want to buy gpu gtx 970 is this bad choice if I use the converter to increase the pins number or it is normal my pc is
Mb p75 d3
Gpu gtx 750 ti
Ram 16 gb
Cpu i7 3770
Case zalman z11

If you PSU doesnt not have the two pcie connectors to run the gtx 970 then it's recommended to purchase one that does.
Never heard of Micacle-dl and even google couldn't locate its specs for me to check.
