No. If you look at the case, the hdd cages are stacked, one on top of the other. You've got room for an 11" (280mm) gpu in any slot, as is, with cages intact. Most people will remove the top cage anyways, since they only have a hdd and ssd, and so use the bottom cage (holds 2x drives) and frees up airflow from the intake fans as the cage is no longer in the way. Keeps the gpu used in the top (primary) slot cooler, case cooler, beneficial all around.
