Will a GTX 1060 6gb fit into a Micro ATX Motherboard (GA-b75m-d3h)?

I own a Coolermaster HAF 912 and was wondering if this video card would fit into my PC. I cannot help but think the ram would not let me place the video card since it is closer on a mini ATX.

No. If you look at the case, the hdd cages are stacked, one on top of the other. You've got room for an 11" (280mm) gpu in any slot, as is, with cages intact. Most people will remove the top cage anyways, since they only have a hdd and ssd, and so use the bottom cage (holds 2x drives) and frees up airflow from the intake fans as the cage is no longer in the way. Keeps the gpu used in the top (primary) slot cooler, case cooler, beneficial all around.

You should be okay. If not, then it will be okay to put the GPU in the bottom PCI-E slot. The only thing that would hurt that would be the clearance of the case and/or any other components that could need to use that slot instead of your GPU.

The Haf 912 will fit a 270mm (I believe this is a typo on Corsair, you can easily fit an 11" gpu (280mm)), gpu with the hdd cage in place. Remove the cage and you can fit any gpu there (at least 370mm of clearance). Use the primary x16 slot as that'll align with the space of the removed cage. Use of the lowest slot will likely result in contact with the riveted permanent lower hdd cage.

So I just need to place it on the bottom slot as the ASUS GTX 1060 6gb is 9.53"?
