Hi Guys,, I have suggested a configurations for my New Rig could you all please advise me...

Check Out These :-
CPU AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU AMD RX 580
HDD Seagate Barracuda 2TB (2016)
RAM HyperX Fury DDR4 2666 C15 2x8GB
MBD Asus PRIME B350-PLUS

^ for 60hz gaming? Probably not. For 144hz? Sure will.
The 1600/rx580 combo is a killer deal for a 1080p 75hz freesync monitor.
Try to get a 3000mhz ram. Or get a 2800 and bump it up to 2933 with xmp profile. Its called aocp in Asus bios iirc.
And like others said, get a quality 550w psu.
The min I would suggest is the corsair cx 550 2017 model.

If that is the top of your budget it looks good.
Don't buy a low quality power supply.
I would buy a SSD for the OS and programs if more money is available or plan on that for your first upgrade.
