New Motherboard, no signal to monitor

Hello, while engaged in an epic multiplayer battle in The Division, my PC shut off without warning...no smoke, no pop, nothing - just lights out. After the initial wave of panic passed, and ample time for the machine to cool, I began trying to resolve the issue. It refused to power up.

I swapped in a brand new, larger PSU, but no joy. I swapped in my older graphics card, no joy. I checked the connections and found one fan was unplugged - damn it, did I fry the mobo??? Who knows, I went out and got a new one, pulled the machine apart and put it back together. When I try to boot it up, the machine powers on, but it won't send a signal to the monitor. I am using my old SSDs, but without getting to see the BIOS I have no idea what's up. I've tried:

Alternating boot up attempts with each SSD individually and with none. Removing all but 8GB of RAM. Attempting to boot with Windows 10 thumb drive and without it. Unplugging and hold power button for one minute.

I just pulled it apart again to make sure everything was connected as required. I even pulled the CPU out to ensure its pins were okay. They're fine.

System details below. Any ideas on how to further troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, I'll try to do that. I wonder if it's because I'm trying to boot with a new mobo and the old SSDs, which have the old build on them? Should I try booting with a clean drive?
