Is it possible to run it ? a friend is selling me a r9 380 Sapphire Nitro 2gb graphics card, I already have a GTX 745 (OEM) installed, and its fine and all. Will I see improvements if I put in a R9 380 2gb ?

There is aknown issue with AMD Radeons not working with the Dell BIOS. The R9-380 is the same as the R9-285 that I used. It definitely won't display the Dell BIOS screen and sometimes won't boot at all. This is all GCN3 cards and newer.Unless it's an ITX card it won't fit. if it is an ITX card you will have to do some minor mods. The performance increase will be huge. Please realize that my system was overclocked to 3.72GHz , something that's very unlikely on a 780.
