I will be buying a gaming laptop for my college needs below 2000 usd

Should I get the

MSI GE73VR 7FR

I personally like theASUS one better.
ASUS ROG G752VS-XB72K - OC Edition 17.3-Inch Gaming Laptop (i7-6820HK, GTX1070, 32GB RAM w/256 GB SSD + 1TB, Windows 10), Copper Titanium, FHD A-HVA GSync

It should have GSync, the MSI one I dunno.
The ASUS you posted has also more RAM (32GB instead of 16GB), although you will not really needing it.
etc. etc.
It seems that the ASUS one gives more for the price.

The ASUS has more RAM (32GB over 16GB), a bit more storage (256GB SSD + 1TB 7200RPM HDD over 240GB SSD + 1TB 7200RPM HDD) and a more powerful processor (6820HK over 7700HQ; at least on paper) against the MSI one.
