When i get on a game I get roughly 10 and under fps but when I restart my game multiply in order to get 60 fps, then I can turn on and off my game multiply before repeating process
My specs are:
Processor: Intel Core i7-4700HQ @ 2.40Hz
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 765m
Ram: 8.00 GB
OS: Windows 10 x64 bit
I am playing at the correct settings to get 60--70 fps

True Buie, I havent tested it yet but, I think you are correct ill update you with results.
How long can a laptop stay 80 celsius at 6-10 hours a day for 76 days?

Well it can stay there for a loooong time, but I probably wouldn't do that. Keep at 50-60 degrees if possible when you're using it for that long. I suppose that's for work and not gaming(?).
Anyhow. Just try and keep it cool. Laptops don't coop with heat that well and will take damage quicker than a desktop machine would, because of the more closed and compact enclosure.
Cheers
