Windows vista 64 bit,Windwos 7/10 32bit issue

I decided to upgrade my window vista that was 64 bit to windows 7,But then it was 32 bit,So i tried upgrading to windows 10 to see if that fixed it,But same thing,"32 bit Os,64 Bit processor.Any help on this?

You have to determine why it won't boot.
You cannot run the 64bit installer from inside a running 32bit system.

You must boot from the USB or DVD.

To go to Win 10 64bit is a full reinstall.
Boot from your Win 10 DVD or USB, wipe and install.

I updated my Windows 7 to Windows 10 , the upgrade program ran halfway and I was forced to give up, unfortunately. the some of the computer data got loss , and i was asked to enter a right login password when i acessed my computer , maybe the password has expired, what should i do to bypass login password ,
