BSOD and freezes

My PC sometimes gives a BSOD or freezes without doing anything.
If i had my cpu overclocked i immediately got a bsod (a faulty oc won't boot at all in this mobo).
Removed the oc and boots up again.
Ran furmark to stress gpu (cpu is most of the time 100%) and looked at voltages in hwmonitor. It had 12,7 on the 12v line.
Already ran memcheck, disccheck, another gpu and the temps are fine (high 60, low 70 at all time for gpu, gpu not over 64, mobo 60-74)
Now i think it is a bad psu. Don't have one which is strong enough to test this system.

Specs:
Phenom x4 9600
8gb ram dual channel
Gtx 550 ti
Recom 434w psu (PE 450 plus II)
Ssd powered via molex
Hdd powered via sata

Any ideas?

Solution
Download WinDbg to read the contents of the dump file created by the BSOD. The files are stored in C:\Windows\Minidump by default.

I wouldn't be surprised if the PSU was at fault.
