So i wanted to know if anyone buys from newegg like the parts are super cheap compared to amazon and free shipping im in the uk thats prob why anyway .

Is newegg safe?
Some of the reviews on my build are saying the part stops working after one month is that true?

Honestly my build on amazon is 1450+£
On newegg its 850£

Looks at that 600£ difference.

So here is my build:

Newegg is a premier online PC components website in the US. Please note that just like Amazon they allow 3rd parties to sell through them so not everything you order is actually from Newegg. It says who the actual seller is next to the "add to cart" button.

But yes Newegg is great. If reviews say a part is bad (and I mean the bulk of reviews not just a couple malcontents) then the part itself is probably no good.

I buy almost exclusively from Newegg, making sure that Newegg is the actual seller, not a third party.
I find that this gives me fantastic customer service, and ONE point of contact for any warranty issues/RMA or w/e that occur in the first little while after purchase.
I have never, ever, gotten a defective product from them, but I guess if you sell literally a million of something, it could happen.

I only ever had to resolve shipping issues, which had everything to do with Canada Post parcel.
Newegg was utterly fantastic about resolving my issues in a very short period of time.
