Building a new PC

Not what I would pick for most parts but don't know available of other MoBo / GFX card brands / models where you are. Areas of concern:

1. SSD is too small. Having been frustrated by too many users bringing the builds over asking me to 'clean up the full SSD", we will only install 250 GB SSDs

2. Especially with no room on the SSD, the speed of the HD is of importance. That's where you games / data and most of your programs will be which means none of them get any benefit from the speed of the SSD. An SSHD will give a 50% speed increase in gaming

I primary wanted to know if everything is compatible. I´ve changed monitor for ASUS ROG Swift PG248Q - LED monitor 24" which can change frequency (60hz - 144hz) and has G-sync. I also changed 250Gb SSD and 2Tb HDD. Im gonna buy this build on or after Christmas depends on prices and sales. Thank you for your advices!
