PC makes weird buzzer sound before post beep after LC

Hi everyone, I bought a Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 120 and installed it, when I power on my PC, it makes a harsh buzzer sound followed by normal post beep. It's been happening ever since Liquid Cooler installation. Any idea what it might be?

can you hear where the buzzer sound is coming from?
it might just be the pump spinning up while it is resting in the bearing.

Thanks a lot for the reply, It seems I found what's causing the beep. My AIO pump is connected to a fan controller meanwhile the AIO fan is attached the motherboard. I have a system warning set in BIOS to alert if there's CPU fan failure, turns out that with this AIO, the CPU fans spins about a second late hence Motherboard gives me CPU fan alert. Really happy that it wasn't something major. :D
