CPU is underclocked

Just bought the AMD FX-8350 cpu and installed it onto my motherboard (MSI Z1-7641) and when I went to start up my computer it said that it would have to be underclocked. Why is this? That motherboard (I think) only supports 95W CPUs --https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/760GM-P34-FX.html#support-cpu The 8350 is a 125W CPU. That is why it is saying it has to be underclocked.
