I am using xfinity internet and for the last few days I have been unable to connect to most websites while using my Windows 10 based laptops and desktops. My Mac is able to connect to any/all websites and I have no problem connecting on my iPhone and iPad. I have tried using several different browsers and using both wireless and wired connections. I have tried using the "flushdns" command and essentially every other fix I could find. Aside from google owned websites and Wikipedia, I cannot seem to connect to any other sites. When I attempt to connect to other websites, I am met with the "This site can't be reached" message (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT)...any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You need more than basic troubleshooting, they need to test your line by sending out a service person. And getting a single router replacement, while not definitive (as it may also have issues) also points to some issue beyond your house.

After resetting my computers it seems that replacing the modem has alleviated the problem. Hopefully the problem stays fixed. Fingers crossed and thanks for the help.
