So only in games I get these weird large rectangles that are always in the same place no matter which game, in the middle and to the left, and the bottom right. It doesn't happen in every game but most games it does

Here's my specs
Windows 10 x64
AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
ASUS 970 Pro Gaming Aura
16gb RAM DDR3

It looks like this

There could be some reasons for this -

1 - Bad Driver, try using DDU utility for a complete uninstall of your graphics driver and reinstall the driver again from AMD website.

2 - "Defective" video card, your Video Card might be coming to an end.... if you didn't messed with any settings on the Graphics Card panel nor Overclocked your video card at all... and reinstalling the graphics card driver didn't work then I would say your Radeon R7 is dying and the Artifacts that are being displayed on your screen are the first signs.

3 - If it only happens in games and not on Desktop (Windows) then I would go with Bad Driver or Corrupted Driver.

4 - You didn't mentioned your CPU if it's any intel with HD graphics built within you could...

Try that and tell me if it works..
