Why can't you just give the fan away or something if you don't want it? Ya might be able to call intel and order from them directly but tell them not to include the stock fan.

No no no. i want the fan. i want to know have there any i5 3570 model which comes without fan ?

You may find some called tray processors without a cooler.
Retail packages will come with a cooler.
I don't know if I would be buying 3rd gen processors new.
Current gen parts will be better on a price/performance basis.
