So I started using my Toshiba Satellite C850-08J. However, the battery's dead (I can still power it from a charger).
I was wondering if I should 1. buy a new battery. 2. consider upgrading it further i.e ram. ssd.
3. If its possible I can upgrade the CPU (I've seen C850 models with i3-3rd gen, etc)

Current Specs.
Intel Celeron B820 / 1.7 GHz
DDR3 4 GB
HDD 500 GB

Everything works fine from sound, display, input.

Solution
batteries are somewhere around 30 bucks so i'd say go for it

you should consider upgrading to an ssd the ram probably won't matter for laptop tasks unless your editing anything

and yes the cpu is upgradable just remember you can only upgrade within socket rPGA988B processors
