Anything Odd About This Build?

Hello everybody,

I live in turkey and need to replace my current computer asap, but I'll keep the same screen and disks, and I will rely on the built in GPU for now, cuz the build will deplete my budget but I will get GTX 1070 or 1080 a couple of months later.

I will use the rig mainly for free-lance game-dev, which requirements are similar for gaming but OC is important to minimize render times.

after roaming around Turkish webstores I had selected these parts:

Motherboard: MSI Z270 GAMING PLUS
CPU: INTEL KABYLAKE CORE I7 7700K
Cooler: CORSAIR HYDRO H110 OR Cooler Master Seidon 240V
RAM: Corsair 2x8 16GB 3000MHz DDR4 CMU16GX4M2C3000C15R
PSU: Seasonic SEA-M12II-620 Evo Edition 80+ Bronze 620W
Case: CORSAIR CARBIDE SPEC-ALPHA CC-9011085-WW

I didn't provide links because all links I have are in Turkish, and googling parts would yield better information anyways.

the total cost of the parts listed is around 1100$ incl. taxes.

I built a PC for a friend before using MSI z170a Gaming Krait, Corsair Vengence 16GB 3000mhz and i5 6600k, but he got a problem that left me worried, he ended up disabling XMP even when not using gameboost, the system simply stopped working when XMP is enabled, Is that always the case? Is having fast memory pointless on an OC rig? or, to re-orient the question, is the above build the best I could do in terms of OC+mem speed or is the something better that I could do?

I also want to second my opinion and to make sure that I didn't do anything stupid in selection.

Oh, OK. The spec alpha isn't the most easy case to work with.
Isn't the corsair txm 550 or evga g2/g3 or seasonic g 550 available there? By any chance the new seasonic focus plus 550? Cuz the m12 is good, but outdated. Design wise.
Other than that, no issues.

Oh, I'm really sorry, my question is confusing, I don't wanna upgrade the system with z170a, the system that I'm upgrading/replacing is a really old one, the rig that I talked about down the text is for a friend.

When I looked for a PSU I wanted anything tier 1 or 2, and that's what I found, it's lower in price than all the other tier 1/2 PSUs that i found, and it had really good reviews.

Of the list that you provided I only found Corsair tx650m, but I couldn't find a review of it, and it's not in the tiers list.

I see, but did you mean circuitry-design wise, or aesthetic-design wise?
