Can this card be water cooled

Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Turbo 8GB Graphics Card - can this card be water cooled?? as it comes out of the box with quite a bit of plastic to it, I've just upgraded my pc as the card was not running to its potential, I now fancy going for the water cool look, thanks in advance

it can be.
Cheap way - something like NZXT G12 with some AiO (120mm rad will be enough) - you can make it under or around 100$
following two ways might require from you to mod the GPU block:
better way - get the EK fluid gaming kit. will cost around 200, but will cover CPU and GPU.
best way is full cover block - you are definitely will need to modify the GPU block so it will seat properly.
