I run on a Gtx 1050ti i7 7700HQ which is PRETTY fucking solid.
I can run games like the Witcher 3 on High in 60 fps and other high-end games like Insurgency on Ultra in 80 fps.
But I found out that games like Minecraft and Geometry Dash stutter horribly when I try and use my Nvidia card on them. When I switch to the Intel Integrated card, I can play those game all fine and dandy.
Is this a driver or a setting issue?
I want to be able to play Minecraft on 500 fps with shaders and other mods. This is just dissapoinintg.

This was not supposed to happen I guess. I was following a very similar post just like yours with only a Minecraft problem, could you please post your full specs ? (CPU ok, GPU ok, RAM?,PSU?)

4GB of VRAM. 8GB of Ram. I'm not sure about the PSU since this is a laptop after all.
You can get the full specs here: https://www.google.com.mx/search?q=dell+7567+specs&oq=dell+7567+specs&gs_l=psy-ab.3..0i20k1j0l3.86039.86730.0.86854.7.6.0.0.0.0.179.338.0j2.2.0....0...1.1.64.psy-ab..5.2.338...35i39k1.5NFKA1MC89c
I know this is a driver issue because this didn't happen before after I did a reinstall of Windows 10.
The Gtx 1050ti driver is up-to-date. My Integrated Intel card is also up-to-date.
Maybe I'm missing another driver or something?

It could be a number of reasons heres one of them that you could try to fix the problem -

1 - (in case of Minecraft) Corrupted or Messed Java Runtime in your System, try reinstalling Java X64 if you are using a 64X OS

2 - If you think it's a driver Issue try DDU utility for a complete uninstall of your graphics card driver and reinstall through Geforce Experience and not manually.

3 - There could be apps running in the background while Minecraft is open that could be causing the stuttering or fps drop, try checking your Windows Task Manager while playing the game if possible, then check if there's anything spiking like CPU usage, DISK usage and which process.

4 - Try checking if there's any antiviruses running while playing the game or even scanning your computer for threats.

5 - Reinstall minecraft and first try the Vanilla game if the same happens download Optfine mod and install, it makes the game better in performance in various ways.

As for Geometry Dash I can't relate but if it fixes minecraft somehow it will fix Dash as well.

Hope that helps.

I've tried almost every solution mate. If I'm capable enough to switch the GPU that the game uses, I should know how to use the Nvidia control panel.
Come on for Removed sakes. Just don't post easy solutions because I've already tried them.

These are only a few basic steps, they are necessary because what's the point of telling you to exchange your video card right away if we didn't even tried to check if there's anything software related first, the idea is to try the basics first then provide better advanced solutions, some of these have worked for some but unfortunately it didn't for you, also you didn't mentioned "everything" you've tried at first, so I can't read your mind and assume that you'll already tried everything, being disrespectul with people who are trying to help you out won't help you any further either. Try waiting for other replies, I'm pretty sure people will come with other "better" solutions for you. Cheers

Don't get butthurt.
Don't worry buddy. You're another forum tryhard who tries to get a promotion.
Here's a little lesson: Quality triumphs over quantity. Do not just post for the sake of post boosting.
