My desktop has been working smoothly for 7 months. No issues, a very solid PC. So a few days ago I updated my version of Windows 10. After it finished the PC shut down and I left for 2 days. I got back went to power my PC back on and I get a message saying "Please insert correct boot drive". I restarted the desktop and I got the same thing. I started to panic as I built the PC 7 months ago only.
So I doubt the SSD is dead. However, it won't show in the BIOS.
I really want to keep the data I have and not lose it.
- SSD is a Samsung 850 Evo

Things I have tried:
* Swapping the SATA and power cables around on both ends.
* Plugging the SSD into another desktop. ~ Didn't show up.
* Booting from a bootable USB drive with windows ISO. ~ Tried fixing using the windows repair my PC tools.
* A few power cycles of 20 mins power than a 30-second disconnect.

Notes:
- I had many issues trying to get the bootable USB to work when the SSD was also plugged into the desktop. The drive would fail to boot up even when selected. I think there are some interference issues.

- Currently, I have my other 1tb HDD detached and when my SSD is in by itself it takes me to the BIOS.

- I found a similar person with the issue. - http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/2222872-BIOS-stopped-detecting-SSD-Boot-Drive-and-it-prevents-Windows-USB-Boot-Drive

I really hope someone can help me out as I don't want to lose the information on it. Thanks.
