Solution

You have 16 GB of RAM and you have four pieces of memory?
Are all the RAM pieces the same brand and the same speed?
Could you send a link to every RAM you have installed.

I would recommend EVGA 750 watt gold PSU, I've had it for a year and play games hours upon end. Good...

There may be some changes with your GPU speed when playing games and you dont want that.
Download the MSI-GAMING APP which automatically changes the settings for you for specific reasons:

Download is hidden at the bottom.

Check if your RAM is installed correctly.
Make sure there is a gap between them, and they CANNOT be next to each other.

Fill in this as much as possible and tell me what is the recommended wattage.
With that rig 500W is minimal.

I hoped it works, if not PM me.
If you have more money to spend, dont hesitate on purchasing a more efficient PSU!
