So basicly my cpu fan start working on start up and it then slows down and few seconds after my pc shuts down havent tried anything myself because im a bit pc noob

Need full system specs including power supply brand and model, background of the issue, if this is a new setup, old setup, did anything change before the issue started? What is happening is often a failed motherboard or power supply but can be caused from other components.
