As the title suggests, my pc is randomly restarting whenever I try to play graphics intensive games like GTA V, NBA 2k17, etc. So I tried some experimenting, I tuned down the graphics of the games to low - normal settings and it fixed the problem, but of course, what's the essence of having a VC if you will just play on low settings, so it's quite frustrating, I'm guessing that it may be my PSU? Or maybe the other components? Here's my specs:

INTEL CORE i3-4170 3.7GHz
ASROCK H97M ANNIVERSARY
GSKILL RIPJAWS X 2x4GB DDR3 1600MHz
PALIT GTX 750 Ti STORMX DUAL OC 2GB GDDR5 128BIT
WESTERN 1TB BLUE 7200RPM
KINGSTON V300 120GB SSD
CORSAIR VS450

Thanks in advance guys! Cheers!

The 750ti and the i3 CPU are not that power hungry and I would have thought the 450w PSU, while minimal, would still be adequate. Could you just check temperatures? Get hold of Hardware Monitor and check out what goes on when you put load on the system. This may be an overheat problem. Or you could fast track a solution and make sure fans and fins get a clean out before retesting your machine.
