I bought a new PC a month ago and got a Toshiba dt01aca200 2TB HDD but it is very noisy compared to my old blue Western Digital. I hear scratching noises when it's being used, which (for my taste) is too loud, I didn't hear them on my old PC's HDD. But there's also a weird noise, (because up to this point everything could be considered normal, except it's noisier than competition), which occours roughly about 15-30 minutes after a boot and sound like this:

Could this indicate a problem? It regularly does this and is annoying. If you need further information please tell me.
