Hello, im trying to fix a strange error.
Im building a Computer for a friend of mine. His brand new motherboard (msi x299 sli plus, built for 8 ddr4 modules) wont boot in any case (excepting the power cycle based things like fans etc/ power supply is working fine), not even into bios.
After pushing start button i reciev 3 long beebs from the mainboard speekers (fans are working, mobo-lights are shining, no output on screen) google says that this is indicating not working ram modules.
My ram was shipped today, its a Kingston 8gb (ddr4 2133 cl15 288pin udimm) so they are brand new as well. Why wont they work? I dont have any other Ram installed. Just this one 8gb module and its driving me crazy. I dont think that theres a problem with the other components but maybe ive overseen something. Here a quick list:

Msi x299 sli plus motherboard,
Intel core i5-7640X LGA2066 prozessor,
Nvidia Gforce gtx 560- ti graphiccard,
Kingston 8gb pc4-2133 CL15 288-Pin UDIMM memory,
Corsair VS550 Power supply,
LG BDR disc drive,

Please help me finding the solution to this problem or i will suffer with despair.

Before you ask i allready, pulled the mobo battery off an back on, i swapped ram slots (every slot same result), pulled powersupply off and back on, controlled all connections (they're fine). Without any success. Its not the first computer i built nor the first with issues but in this case i have barely no idea why this happens.
