So as I`m a newbie I installed my new cpu cooler Master Cooler 212 and attempt to boot up.. At bios screen appeard CPU FAN ERROR press f1 to run setup.. I ran setup I set CPU SPeed ignore in the bios and got into windows for like 3 seconds.. as I saw my fans were still not spinning and I hard shut downed it.. When I look at the fans I saw that the fan was stuck in a cable... I`m an idiot I know..Now everything is working great and my CPU is staying in 40 C
My question is, did the cpu suffer any damage? I mean the cooler is mounted propely but the fan wasnt working, it could ve reached in that time dangerous temperatures?
