Just wondering, but are these temps dangerous when doing stress testing on IBT ?

The settings in IBT I've got are "5 times to run, using all threads and at Very High stress level"

Additional info about my CPU:

The CPU is overclocked to 4.5 GHz (1.6GHz when Idle), the VCore is set to offset mode to "-0.010V" value and the highest the VCore reaches during stress testing is 1.376V while at idle it usually goes low at around 1.0V, the idle temps are usually around 40C and below and at load are 55-60C. The cooler I use is Hyper 212+.

reaching 98°C is harmful to your CPU, but your idle and load temps are fine, there shouldn't be any problemwith them. The fact that your CPU reaches 98°C when stress testing could be due to your cooler not going max speed during the stress test. Check BIOS fan settings maybe?

Yes this is normal!
