What GPU(s) should I get for a dual 4k gaming setup?

I was planning to get a dual 4k setup for productivity and gaming and I was wondering what GPU(s) could handle games like Overwatch at a resolution of 7680 x 2160 at high to ultra settings.

A single GTX 1080 can handle 7680x4320@60Hz. Of course I wouldn't recommend it. A single 1080Ti would be the bare minimum and an SLI between two 1080Ti is recommended. There are not many cards that can handle 4k at high refresh rates at the moment in the market.

What's the refresh rate of the monitors? What CPU do you have? What's your budget (if any)?

The refresh rate is 60 Hz and I will probably be getting a i7-8700k and if they turn out to be horrible then I will get a Ryzen 7 1700 and my budget is $3500 for a whole system.
