1060 vs vega 56/ 1600 vs i5 coffee lake

Hi guys my cousin have finalized this build but now he is saw the vega 56 and i told him about the new intel i5 processor so will it be worth canceling the oder or the product he finalized is fine.
Build-
•Ryzen 5 1600
•asus stike b350-f gaming
•ballistix 16gb 2666mhz (8-8)
•samsung 250gb m.2
•wd 2tb barracuda 7200rpm
•asus GeForce gtx 1060 6gb strike gpu 1.62ghz (or any other options under 400$

The reviews I've seen put the Vega 56 SLIGHTLY ahead of the 1070. It has a higher power draw, though.

However, I'm not a fan (pun intended) of the reference coolers, and I would wait until board partners release them with better cooling solutions, if your cousin decides to go that route.

While it's hard to predict the future, I think it would be advised to wait a month if possible.

So the vega will be better than and it cost less than 1070
What if vega 56 or 1070?
