Things which will gonna be connected to my PC -

CPU, Monitor, Speakers, Router

My PC Specs -

Intel Core i3 540 3.06Ghz
2x4GB RAM DDR3
MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 750ti Overclocked
450 Watts PSU

Here's the UPS - http://www.amazon.in/APC-BX600C-600VA-230V-Back/dp/B016XVRKZM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1502903191&sr=8-1&keywords=apc+ups

Additional Note: The past two UPS I've been using always restarted my PC when a power cut happened but it kept my PC on for 10-15mins but there was no point in it as it always restarted my PC.

But my very first UPS worked completely fine for 10+ years and used to replace its battery 2-3 years and never had the restart problem but these new UPS really sucks.

So I need your advise that will this UPS work on my PC ?

Solution
its more to do with your PSU, Good quality PSU can hold the ATX standard 12v for a few milliseconds before the caps drain out and drops below the limit to keep a computer on. Your PSU is not holding a charge long enough for the UPS to switch over or the UPS takes to long to switch between wall power and battery power. That is why your computer restarts but once rebooted will last 10-15min on battery.

UPS's are meant to keep you system alive long enough to safely power the computer down in case of power failure. You're not meant to keep using it till the battery dies. I would recommend getting into the bios and turn off the auto restart if power failure.
600VA is only 360W so no it will not cover your computer, if your wanting to power all the rest of the stuff as well you would need to look in the 1000VA range which is 600W.

Having two much Watts is not a bad thing, if your not using all 600w the batteries will last a little longer with power cuts.

Also I'll like to ask a question - that my current UPS can run my PC for about 10-15 mins but only problem I face is that it sometimes restart my PC during a power cut and it keeps running for 10-15 mins during that time.

So does this has something to do with my UPS brand and quality? I don't know but this restart thing really makes me mad. Actually those 1000VA UPS are kinda too expensive and I've other stuff in my list which I gotta buy these months so I don't really know is 1000VA more than enough? I don't wanna spend too much money.
