Hello all,

Yesterday, after a particularly long Diablo 3 session, I started getting black screens. Im pretty sure that this are the driver crashing, since I can hear the windows sound for an error dialog, but both my displays go black and eventually go into power saving for lack of input.

I have been trying today to Identify the issue, I already ran video memory stress test, and did a burnout test using furmark. Neither reported trouble, the card is handling it's temp well.
I already cleaned the nvidia drivers using DDU and then made a clean install of the latest (385.28).

I also tried running Wolfenstein the new order, after a bit it black outs too. I tried with Dishonored 2 and antechamber and neither of these got a crash after a reasonable time.

Diablo 3 and starcraft 2 black out almost instantly.

Im pretty much out of ideas, so all suggestions are welcome, thanks in advance

An update: now it crashes on unigine heaven and even on furmark.

Solution
Do stress tests on the CPU and monitor per core usage/temps (very important to do per core) while testing and gaming.

I know for a fact that D3 and SC2 are CPU intensive games, not really GPU intensive.
