I have a HP 280 G2
With Specs:
1.I5-6500(stock cooler)
2.DDR4 4gb ram
3.500gb HDD 7200 RPM
4.Some 180 watt PSU
5.HP-2b5e Motherboard
6.A hp microtower

I want to know if i could get any graphics card with the current PSU or if I can't, What PSU would you recommend and with what GPU as well as ram as i do want to upgrade that as well. Budget Might be around 300 ish dollars (The games i play currently is CSGO,GMOD,TF2 But might play games like Overwatch and GTA 5 in the future)

Thanks a lot if you took time out of your day to answer me <3

Solution

No problem here it is:

As anyone on Tom's hardware would tell you: DON'T BUY PREBUILT PCs !
1st reason would be not standard dimensions of cases and sometimes motherboards;
2nd reason would be usage of inappropriate connectors on some models;
3rd reason is that it probably comes with low wattage power supply which would change when you plan to upgrade GPU;
4th reason is that it is more expensive than part-by-part build
The bad news is that computers like that, micro tower with 180W PSU, were not made to be upgraded. The people who buy a computer like that are looking for something as inexpensive as possible, so HP strips it down to the bare minimum. The possibly good news is that the computer seems to be capable of supporting a GT 720, which means an Nvidia GT 1030 might work. That's the best low power demanding card you can get, at only around 30W. It might work.

You can game on it, although you might need to reduce settings and/or resolution for more demanding games.

1 - you are lucky, that motherboard has standard 24-pin connection. A regular power supply will work

2 - you will need to buy a standard pc case and swap all the guts into it if you want to get a new power supply

3 - microtowers suck

with a budget of ~$300 you should have no problem getting a cheap mid tower case that supports micro atx mobos and a gtx 1050 ti with a 450w power supply

I am in the UAE but not in the big cities >W< (too expensive rent) So i am in a place a little far from the big cities,It is incredibly hard to find a person willing to sell a pc which is not prebuilt hp (i found 3 of my pc cases xD) But Most people in this area have laptops insted of pc's :l I do have a VERY OLD Pc case(10 years) if you want to see...

Its basically dust city
but please check it if it can fit a Atx psu (Also i think the psu in the old pc is more powerfull than in my new pc xD)

I actually did that on BTX case but your case is microtower so I still think that ATX would not fit.
You can always go ghetto and leave Power supply outside of case.
