In December, I got this computer as a gift for Christmas (https://www.amazon.com/CYBERPOWERPC-Gamer-GUA520-Gaming-Desktop/dp/B011D79KJA ) And it occasionally made a weird noise. When i turned it off and on again, the noise was gone. Now, the noise wont go away. http:// I want to take it to Staples and see if I can get it fixed, but i just want to see if i can find a solution online first, and not have to pay money to fix it. Please help!

(Edit: when i turned the pc off/on again, the sound went away, but i do want to still see if i can get rid of it for good)

Solution

Make sure nothing is obstructing the fans, I had a wierd noise coming from my fans and found out a cable was getting hit by it, making a strange noise.
I'm at work so I can't listen to your audio but I can safely so do not waste your money taking it to Staples or Best Buy or any store like that.

Hopefully someone with sound can help you identify the problem. But in general most sound problems come from the fans.

I will as soon as the noise goes away.

Edit: http:// It's sounds a little similar, but the 1st video has a R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R noise

It only happened occasionally, but until 2 days ago, it does the noise everytime i turn on the PC, then it goes away, comes back, etc etc.
