Should work. SATA is SATA.
If the pc's motherboard supports SATA no problem.
You may run into space or mounting issues with respect to the physical installation of the HDD.
There are a variety of brackets and adapters to fit the smaller (2 1/2") drives into the larger (3 1/2") drive bays. Or your case may already have one or more suitable bays.
