when should I change cpu?

I currently have a g4560 paired with a gtx 1060 3gb with ddr4 2133 mhz 8 gb of ram and I was wondering when will 2 cores and 4 thread cpu die? And what should I upgrade too my mother board is a h110m-s2h-cf and my ram is dual channel 2x4

The G4560 is still a great budget CPU and it continues to be so for quite a few years until the i5 7600k replaces it (personal opinion). I think an upgrade is due and getting the Ryzen 5 1600 with a B350 mobo will be a good decision. Of course it depends on your budget as well.

I dont want too get a new mobo consindering I didnt build this my friend did so I dont know if I want to do it so I would want to go for an i5 7th gen because my mobo is not going to support 8th gen cpu but when do you think I should?
