S/PDIF output question

So in my sound settings it lists digital out, then digital out (optical), however I don't have any coaxial connection on my motherboard, only an optical s/pdif output. Is this simply a software error or will the computer output the S/PDIF connection through one of the 3.5mm jacks. There seems to be one extra (SS out) while I also have a subwoofer out on the back panel of the PC, could this be a 3.5mm version of a coaxial connection.

The only reason I'm asking is because my TV doesn't seem to support HDMI - Optical 5.1/7.1 throughput, stripping it down to two channel audio, so I have to stream to my TV which connects to the one (I know, what were they thinking, there are about 3 digital coaxial connections) on the back of my amp. So to connect my PC to the amp for full 5.1 (some games do 5.1 now, right?, either way it would make watching movies easier than having to stream to my TV even if they don't) I would either need an optical splitter and a 10m optical cable (which considering the fact that it would be going around quite a few fairly tight bends would be very unlikely to work) so I need to know if the PC is 'hiding' a coaxial output in one of the 3.5mm jacks, or if it's simply an error, in which case I'll grab an optical to coaxial converter, a 1m optical cable and a 10m shielded coaxial cable. This would be more expensive than a 3.5mm to coaxial output.

The rear outputs are labelled
RS Out
CS Out
SS Out
L out
Mic
L in

And an optical S/PDIF connector.

I can give more details if needed. Thanks.

Sound settings list both digital (which I assume is coax) and digital (optical) in the sound settings window

My amp only has one optical input (which is in use) and 3 coaxial inputs so I would either need an optical splitter and a 10m optical cable which has to be run around a few bends so the 10m cable might not even work or a 3.5mm - coaxial cable (10m, shielded) or if I have to use the optical output an optical cable, a 10m coax and an optical to coaxial digital converter.
One option means I just need a cable, the other means I need two cables and a converter, which is more costly.
