Computer starts but not graphics card

When I want to turn on my computer I press the power button and the pc turns itself on like a charm, however the graphics card doesn't seem to be on as the monitors are black. The curious thing is that I turn off the pc and turn it back on and it's all working.
So what is wrong withm my GPU?

Nvidia GTX 1080 TI - MSI
Intel 6700K
16G RAM

No idea on which PSU it is but I'm pretty sure it isn't that as the computer fully boots itself on but no signal on monitors.
What is weird is that if I turn it off and turn it back on it's all good, this happens everytime and is the only way to turn it on.

English please? :) ahaha, don't quite understand those abreviations, but I guess you are telling me to go on Bios and do something.
